Delete your EM Sim account

This page is for accounts on EM Evidence Sim, at emsimulator.com and in the EM Sim Android app by EM Evidence. You don't need the app installed to use it.

How to ask

Email hello@emevidence.org from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my EM Sim account". If you can't email from that address, tell us the address on the account and we'll check it's yours before deleting anything.

We'll delete the account within one month and email you to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (email address, password or Google link, and display name).
• Your account record: when it was created and last used, and any course access you requested or were given.
• All the scenarios you saved in My scenarios.

We don't keep any of this after the account is deleted. The live session data used to link screens holds nothing about you, and is deleted automatically after a day.

Signing out isn't deleting

Signing out, or uninstalling the app, leaves your account in place. Email us as above to remove it.
